This is a critical position at Preql and requires previous start-up marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company. This hands-on role includes overseeing acquisition efforts across multiple channels to drive immediate results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Preql’s dedicated marketing leader, overseeing the marketing roadmap for 2025 in partnership with our CEO
  • Own marketing initiatives end-to-end: from strategy development to hands-on execution
  • Launch new marketing channels 0-to-1 then measure, uncover actionable insights, iterate and scale
  • Oversee all marketing efforts spanning across brand, content marketing, paid acquisition, organic growth, email and lifecycle, social media and event marketing
  • Design and execute A/B tests that generate high-confidence results with statistical rigor (determining sample sizes, experiment duration, etc.)
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, channels, and methodologies 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years in growth marketing or marketing
  • Startup experience strongly preferred
  • B2B marketing experience strongly preferred 
  • Hands-on experience leading marketing initiatives and wearing multiple hats 
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey optimization
  • Experience designing, conducting and analyzing marketing experiments
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Track record of data-driven decision making and result interpretation
  • Strong intuition for what resonates with target audiences, backed by testing
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing spend across channels
